e) DO NOT SMOKING while on duty. Unless break time and only in designated area.

f) Do not use customer lift. Use maintenance lift unless allowed by management to use
customer lift.

g) ALWAYS put signage at wet floor area or while cleaning.

h) ALWAYS wear safety harness and helmet if working in high and open place.

i) Make sure all bins is cleared every day to avoid smell and pest.

j) Use heavy machineries at public area after mall, office and building close unless
management/supervisor request to do on they operating hour.

k) Please put the machineries, chemicals and equipment’s at the assigned place.

l) Immediately notify the client or supervisor if any accidental damage that occurs during
any job.

m) DO NOT use phone while on duty and keep phone in locker (if provided) or supervisor.

n) In case of fire, please follow the mall, office and building rules and exit immediately
without carry the cleaning equipment.

o) Please make sure all the equipment used is enough before and after commencing work.

p) Every stock receives must be checked with by supervisor/leader and mall, office and
building (if necessary) to make sure all the stock receive is enough and no defect.

q) Please carry rubbish bag in green bin or janitor trolley bag.

r) Do not hang around / loitering while working. Work only at assign place unless been ask
to cover others place.
